Admin Assistant/PA

Job description

An administration position has became available for a period of around 2 months.

The main duties of the role would be:

  • To deal with the Director's internal and external correspondence
  • To arrange and coordinate meetings, along with relevant documents, with internal and external colleagues
  • To take accurate minutes of meetings and co-ordinate follow up action
  • To carry out research projects and collate information as directed.
  • To co-ordinate all aspects of the Director's diary, travel and related business
  • To assist with the organisation of events,

Experience working within an administration or PA role previously is essential.
