Oracle Fusion Cutover Manager - Fully Remote

Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Oracle Fusion Cutover Manager on a contract basis. The role is with our public sector client for an initial 6 months and will be outside IR35.

The role holder will finalise the cutover strategy and plan as well as managing the cutover, including management of risks and issues.

Skills/Experience required include;

• An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to land key decisions with senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
• Experience of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation project lifecycle
• Detailed knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP enabled end-to-end business process across Finance, Procurement, Projects, EPM
• Proven experience of successfully transitioning an Oracle Transformation programme involving Finance, EPM, HR and third party systems into 'Live' operations.
• Deep understanding of Data migration cycles- Extract, Transform, Load, reconciliation etc.
• Experience of managing large external and internal teams.
• Experience of implementing systems with various third party systems (upstream and downstream).
• Excellent matrix management and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities and carefully manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience identifying, diagnosing and resolving issues independently; taking initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
