Key responsibilities

As an experienced Senior Project Manager you will report to the Operations Director and be a key part of the operation and commercial team on the significant project. This is a predominantly Operational role with respect to the overall management and co-ordination of the various projects, with a commercial understanding, this is required to mainly to support and contribute to the pricing / delivery assessment function of the project. .

Skills & experience

  • Degree in Construction Management / Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
  • IT literacy
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Health & Safety skills
  • Budget compilation and management
  • Analytic & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to chair meetings
  • Negotiating skills
  • Objective setting

Benefits

You will have the opportunity to work with a leading Privately owned construction group who truly values their staff and has a good solid reputation. Salary package £70-£75K company car allowance. 32 days per complete Holiday Year, inclusive of Public Holidays, increasing to 35 days with qualifying length of service other benefits including private healthcare. Accommodation or allowance would be available.
