Job description

We have a current opportunity for a Change Manager on an 8 month contract to work with our public sector client's ERP implementation on an initial 8 month contract - with potential for further extension.

Duties Include:

  • To provide the Programme with tools, templates and project management methodologies to execute the projects within the programme's scope
  • To work with and contribute to the core governance, project and programme management processes for the Programme
  • Provide programme management oversight of key change programmes within the wider change portfolio
  • Support the identification and on boarding of new projects to the Programme

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Broad understanding of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Able to clearly articulate a message to a variety of audiences and effectively manage resistance / objections to change
  • Highly effective at persuading, influencing, and changing the behaviours of executives, peers and colleagues
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Experience of large-scale organisational change
  • Familiarly with project management methodology and tools
