Location: Remote - Home Working
Salary: £32,000 p.a. (£17.50 per hour)
Contract: Temporary until January 2025
Morgan Hunt is seeking a dedicated HR Systems Administrator (iTrent)to assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of our HR and OD systems. This position is crucial to ensuring efficient service delivery and the continued development of HR and OD functions.
Key Responsibilities: HR Systems Administrator (iTrent)
- Systems Support: Assist in the development, configuration, and maintenance of HR and OD systems, ensuring user access, system integrity, and accurate reporting.
- Systems Integration: Support the integration of new and existing systems, including testing and setup for seamless operation. (iTrent)
- User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for system users, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to use systems effectively.
- Management Information Reporting: Assist in producing regular management reports and contribute to the development of user-friendly reporting formats.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for internal users, troubleshoot system issues, and liaise with IT or external suppliers as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working with complex systems and databases.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate data.
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Performance Management systems. (iTrent)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
