Job Title: Head of Domestic Abuse Services
Location: South-West England (with travel across the region)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Joint Head of Services to co-manage our operational services alongside our existing Head of Services. You will ensure our services are effective, compliant, and aligned with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee service delivery, manage Service Managers, and ensure all services have updated policies and processes.
- Strategic Development: Support the senior management team in launching new services, and contribute to tender and bid writing.
- Safeguarding & Compliance: Act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and maintain external accreditations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with partner agencies, commissioners, and funders.
- Team Leadership: Provide line management, oversee project plans, and ensure staff receive appropriate training.
Who We're Looking For
We seek a proactive leader with significant experience in service management, safeguarding, and compliance within the charity or public sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in policy and procedure development.
- Willingness to travel across the South-West.
Please note being able to drive and having access to a car is vital for this role due to the travel element.
