Morgan Hunt is working with a Government Agency in Central London who are looking at recruiting a Junior Client Service Associate. This is a 6-month contract role paying up to £22 p/hour and will be hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home).
Key Responsibilities of the Junior Client Service Associate:
- Processing deposit applications received from local authorities via email
- Validating applications against business rules (checking information provided)
- Data entry and verification into our internal treasury management system
- Dealing with email and telephone enquiries from clients
- Compiling management information reports of trading activity (using Excel)
Previous Skills and Experience of the Junior Client Service Associate:
- Financial Experience
- Meticulously follow set procedures without supervision
- Good communicator with strong customer/client service skills
- Numerate and analytical
- Comfortable using Excel spreadsheets and Word
- Team player, very reliable and punctual
