Service Manager (Greenwich)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead and manage supported accommodation services for young people aged 16+. This is a temporary role with an immediate start. You will be overseeing 5 young people's services across Greenwich, leading a dedicated team and ensuring young people receive the best possible support.

Key responsibilities of the Service Manger include:

• Managing a team of Project Workers, Night Workers, and a Concierge
• Ensuring high-quality housing and support services for young people.
• Coordinating with local authorities and agencies.
• Leading recruitment, training, and service delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety and safeguarding policies.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience managing services for young people with complex needs.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple services.
• Knowledge of housing management, safeguarding, and statutory responsibilities.
