- Location: Chester
- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (pro rata)
- Contract: 6-Month FTC
Morgan Hunt is recruiting for a Senior People and OD Advisor to join a growing Housing Association on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential for driving the success of our People Services and Organisational Development functions.
Key Responsibilities: Senior People and OD Advisor
- Employee Lifecycle: Enhance and support the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and manage the employee lifecycle effectively.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations cases with a focus on resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- People Strategy: Assist in the implementation of the Group's People Strategy and develop employee engagement initiatives.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Organisational Development: Contribute to workforce planning, talent development, and succession management.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensure employment terms, policies, and procedures are up-to-date, competitive, and compliant.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in managing employee lifecycle processes and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of employment law, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management teams and drive employee engagement.
- Competency in using HR systems and producing reports.
- Effective communicator and negotiator.
- Passion for people development and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
