• Experience teaching Level 2 Property Maintenance & Level 3 Building Services courses
• A recognised level 4 & 5 teaching qualification
• Industry qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
