The Electrical engineering lecturer will ideally need to have:

• Teaching experience
• A recognised teaching qualification
• Knowledge of City & Guilds, BTEC & ideally T levels (not essential to know about T-level but willing to learn)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
