Technical Analyst
Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for Anglia Ruskin University who require a Lead Technical Analyst (M365) on a permanent basis.
You will manage the end-to-end implementation, operation and security of the Microsoft cloud-based Directory Services, storage, productivity, collaboration and communications solutions, ensuring that they meet the strategic and operational requirements.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the services that comprise the Microsoft private and public cloud environments
- Coordinate the provision, operation and decommissioning of the information and communications technology resources
- Monitor the capacity and performance of assigned ICT services
- Offer usage reports to the Head of User Infrastructure
- Collaborate with the Lead Security Analyst and Lead Technical Analyst
- Act as technical lead on projects and large-scale business-as-usual activities.
Role Requirements
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate in an appropriate discipline
- Hold an ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience of managing the operation of a medium-scaled cloud service provision
- Practical experience of corporate-scaled system virtualisation and experience of system and data security
- History of leading, managing and motivating technical staff
- Knowledge of managing and securing EntraID alongside a local Active Directory deployment
- Past experience of managing and administering the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive
- Understanding of virtualisation of services in the cloud
