ITIL Service Analyst
Our major client, based in Birmingham, is seeking an ITIL Service Management Analyst to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading organisation that values skill enhancement and professional development.
As an ITIL Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering effective and efficient support, resolving IT-related queries and incidents, and recommending innovative solutions to ensure swift service restoration for internal customers.
Key skills required:
- Service Management experience
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Strong understanding of IT services in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Details:
- £229.56 per day (inside IR35)
- Contract until the end of March
- Hybrid role based in Birmingham
