Target Operating Model Analyst

A leading public sector organisation require a Change Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating innovative digital trends and technologies to drive business transformation.

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading UK public sector organisation who do a lot of good for society.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the organisation's needs and design actionable solutions leveraging digital tools. A key aspect of this role will also involve writing clear documentation on digital processes and technologies, as well as delivering workshops to educate and engage stakeholders.

Your contributions will help enhance customer experiences, optimise operations, and enable the business to stay at the forefront of digital innovation.

Essential Experience Required;-

• TOM/ Target Operating Model design
• Be able to drive change, rather than process it
• Change Analysis experience
• Stakeholder engagement + communication
• Consolidating collateral/documentation for differing audiences
• Proactive and critical thinker
• Someone who can work at pace

Details:-

• Hybrid working, 2-3 times a month in Birmingham
• Contract until the end of December, with a strong change of extension
• Inside of IR35
• £350-431 per day
