Director of Engineering

Are you an experienced manager with an Engineering background? We're working with a fantastic college, looking for a dynamic leader to join their SLT.

Our next Director of Engineering will:

• Provide clear and effective leadership of the Engineering department, in line with the College's strategy.
• Represent the college with local stakeholders, working with employers to create links between education and the community.
• Have line management responsibility for 3 curriculum managers.

To be our next Director of Engineering you need:

• The ability to maintain and develop productive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Management experience in the education sector.
• Experience of curriculum planning and strategy development.

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £62,500
