The Deputy Head of Electrical will need to have:

• A recognised teaching & assessor qualification would be Essential, having either one qualification acceptable
• A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
• YOu will be needed to work closely with the Construction Head of Department to help plan, monitor, manage and evaluate the curriculum
• The Deputy Head of Electrical job carries a teaching commitment - hours per week TBC
