Housing Manager - Supported Accommodation

Our client is a warm, friendly & professional organisation that helps local people who are experiencing homelessness.

You will be working within a small team reporting to the CEO

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the day to day running of the Housing service, including the management of all staff and volunteers.

This service provides accommodation to single people in shared houses, and support to help them move on to independent housing.

To ensure the Housing service complies with

• statutory, & legal, obligations including codes of Practice
• manage and deliver the landlord functions to the residents of the properties owned or managed by the organisation, in line with current regulations and legislation, including health and safety.
