Employment Officer

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading Further Education College based in West Midlands. We are recruiting for an experienced Employment Officer to support on a part time basis.



Role: Employment Officer
Location: West Midlands
Job Type: Temporary



The successful candidate will be required to:

· Source a range of opportunities that are well matched to the students.

· Ensuring that all contractual paperwork is completed by students, employers and academics.

· Carry out business development activities in order to source suitable employers to host placement students.

· Liaise with students, employers, academic and support staff to ensure that all of their needs are being met and that the placement is compliant



What we're looking for:

· Candidate has experience of working in a FE College setting

· Candidate has experience of working in an educational establishment

· Desirable experience working with SEND, or having some experience with SEND in a personal level. (It can be taught in the role)

· Right to Work & Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service
