Housing Officer - Temporary 1 year

I am looking to recruit a generic Housing Officer for a period of 1 year with a Glasgow based Housing Association. The position will be EVH Grade 7 on the salary scale.


The position will require the candidate to have strong previous experience in a Housing Officer position to be able to hit the ground running as quickly as possible.


The role will include but is not limited to, managing the waiting list, allocation of void properties, management of rent accounts, resolving complaints in regard to tenancy issues, council tax updates & tenant participation.
