Morgan Hunt are working with a leading Further Education College based in West Midlands. We are recruiting for an experienced Student Hub Advisor

The Role:


The Student Hub Advisor is the first point of contact for all students seeking support and information. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, student-centred support by providing advice, guidance, and information on a wide range of student services including enrolment, well being, finance, academic support, and general campus life.


Key Responsibilities:


· Act as the first point of contact for student enquiries in person, via email, phone, and online platforms.

· Provide accurate and timely information and guidance on services such as registration, course information, timetabling, financial aid, and well being resources.

· Signpost or refer students to relevant specialist services (e.g., counselling, academic advisors, careers, housing).

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of institutional policies, procedures, and support services.

· Log and track enquiries using the appropriate CRM or case management system.

· Assist with student engagement events, orientation activities, and feedback collection.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of services through identifying trends, student needs, and service gaps.

· Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students.

· Maintain confidentiality and act in accordance with data protection and safeguarding policies


Education, Skills and Requirements:


· Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience (e.g., A-levels, BTEC, or relevant vocational training).

· Enhanced DBS Essential

· Experience in a customer service or advisory role, ideally within an educational or public-facing environment.

· Strong IT skills, including MS Office and experience using CRM or student information systems
