Are you a Senior Business Analyst, looking for a new exciting, flexible role, at a leading Housing Association?
The core delivery will be process documentation and business requirements in complex situations. You will be utilising expert business knowledge and specialist analysis skills to ensure that the right business decision and subsequent change is implemented.
This will be an essential role within project teams, acting as a key influencer on senior stakeholders, to produce well-presented analytical insight to support appropriate and sometimes-challenging decision making.
Up to £61,480 (Plus excellent benefits package- including 28 days of a/l plus bank holidays, enhanced pension, contributions of up to 9%)
If you are based in Nottingham, Salary banding - Up to £57,500
-Conduct research to gather complex business information from across the organisation and present this to inform significant business change decisions and solutions.
-Analyse and clearly document highly complex business processes, information flows and data structures to ensure all elements are captured to support wider service improvements and project delivery.
-Be the lead Business Analyst for the team, providing direction in terms of standards of analysis, processes, and quality assurance. This role requires some management.
-Develop templates and ways of working for business analysis. Use and work within this organisation's project methodologies and templates.
-Capture, interpret and document complex business requirements through appropriate methods, and utilise user and performance data insight to inform decisions around system and process solutions.
To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst, you will-
-Possess strong process documentation experience, working with customers and stakeholders- (including board level)- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Possess strong experience of involvement with the end user.
- Strong process mapping and requirements gathering experience.
-Have proven experience in large and complex organisational wide change projects.
-Have direct or relatable business experience and an affinity to the work of social housing.
-Previous experience of developing or managing business analysis templates and documents.
-Excellent core IT skills, including Microsoft Visio and excel.
-Have worked within the Housing Sector.
