We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Content Designer on a permanent basis with our public sector client based in Edinburgh City Centre. This role will be a hybrid position of with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
Salary: £35-42k
Pension: 21% Employer contribution
Annual Leave: Circa 40 Days
Duties Include;
Support and coach non-specialist colleagues and junior colleagues in content design methods and practices, empowering them to plan, structure, write and appraise effective digital content, and to use content management systems/platforms.
Develop and iteratively review and improve resources such as toolkits and playbooks which non specialists can use to self-serve content design needs. Lead discussion groups across a variety of formats (training, presentations, one-to-one and group meetings) and channels, including online.
Identify and make recommendations for content design improvements, continuously refining training and support mechanisms based on a deep understanding of the requirements of a non-technical user group.
Develop a continually collaborative environment, maintaining contact with relevant communities of practice.
