We have a current opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager based in the Merseyside or West Lancashire area on a permanent basis.
This is a senior leadership role suitable for a strong communicator, with sound technical knowledge and a strong track record in delivering a total facilities management service. A background in a Clientside or Contractor role is fine, with minimum budget responsibility of over £5m per annum with clear evidence of focusing on exceptional standards and customer service.
