Senior Facilities Manager - £55k - £60k DOE Car Allowance, Performance Bonus and Benefits
We have a current opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager based in the Merseyside or West Lancashire area on a permanent basis.
This is a senior leadership role suitable for a strong communicator, with sound technical knowledge and a strong track record in delivering a total facilities management service. A background in a Clientside or Contractor role is fine, with minimum budget responsibility of over £5m per annum with clear evidence of focusing on exceptional standards and customer service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious professional who wishes to progress with a large property business, someone who embraces changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of managing building services for a large corporate organisation
- Proven ability to work independently and influence across the business and support functions
- Experience of working with landlords and tenants
- Proven change management skills
- Proven track record in managing contracts
- Strong team management skills, with ability to lead and energise colleagues
- An understanding of the importance of budgetary control
- The ability to conduct research to remain current with changes in legislation and knowledgeable around best practice
- The ability to undertake public speaking events, present technical information to a non-technical audience and communicate clearly at all levels
- Professional membership of relevant institution such as IWFM or RICS
- NEBOSH/IOSH Qualified or equivalent
- Experience of managing to ISO14001, ISO50001, and ISO45001
