Morgan Hunt is looking for a permanent Senior Maintenance Administrator for our client in Tower Hamlets. This is a office based role with the office located in Tower Hamlets.
Job Title- Senior Maintenance Administrator
Location- Tower Hamlets
Salary- £42,000 - £45,000 per year
Contract- Permanent
Responsibilities for Senior Maintenance Administrator
- Deliver a full range of administrative services to support the Repairs, Maintenance and improvements of the housing stock
- To provide administrative support to other sections of the business where necessary
- Respond to routine correspondence and telephone enquiries from tenants, board members, colleagues and other agencies in a professional manner
Ideal candidate for Senior Maintenance Administrator
- Come from a Strong technical background in housing maintenance
- Is motivated towards excellence and customer service
- Experienced in using Orchard
