Morgan Hunt are currently working with the NSPCC on three exciting new permanent roles. We are currently on the search for three Senior Participation Officers for full-time hybrid working roles.
Ensuring their involvement shapes the organisational strategy, their will be a vast increase in participation across the NSPCC hence why we are looking for three new permanent members of staff.
As Senior Participation Officer you will aid in developing and delivering a participation plan which helps the NSPCC achieve their mission in aiding delivery of a range of activities with children and young people across the organisation.
This is an exciting role for someone with experience in participation ready to take the next step into a senior position. You will aid the development and delivery of participation while creating key external relationships with children and young people, service users, policy and decision makers and youth groups.
You should be a driven individual who has a deep passion for children and young people. You should be innovative and have experience in facilitating sessions and creating strong relationships with stakeholders.
There are 3 roles available, 2 within Services and Development, 1 within Policy and Campaigning.

The role includes hybrid working with your closest NSPCC or Childline office. You can be based anywhere in the UK.
