Senior People Advisor - Leading Arts Charity - London with hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist with good employment law knowledge to join an iconic arts charity.

Reporting into an HR Business Partner and working closely with the rest of the People team you will be responsible for providing HR advice and guidance to a specific client group. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Managing a broad range of employee relations issues from end to end
  • Working to resolve any disputes or grievances through informal resolution and mediation where appropriate
  • Supporting HR Business Partners with any change projects in your designated areas
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Working in partnership with the HR Operations team and the HR Assistants to ensure the administration and recruitment procedures in place fully support the needs of managers and staff
  • Coaching and upskilling line managers
  • Monitoring and analysing workforce data and identifying trends/underlying issues

You should be an HR Generalist/HR Advisor with a track record of providing effective HR advice and guidance. A good knowledge of employment law needs to combined with experience of analysing trends and improving processes. Experience of coaching and upskilling line managers and excellent communication skills are essential.
