Job description
The Senior Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Lanark manufacturing facility by driving a culture of continuous improvement across the whole production team, developing the the teams to their true potential and delivering improvements and projects that make the business fit for today and the future.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving performance through achievement and review of operational key performance indicators, effective project delivery and engaging with all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
