Morgan Hunt require a Senior Property Manager for NHS based in East London

Pay Rate: £28ph PAYE or £33ph Ltd

Hours 37.5 8:30am to 4:30pm Mon to Fri

Location: East London

Duration: 6 months on going contract

JOB SUMMARY:

To manage, analyse and develop the contractual, lease and license delivery of Facilities Property services to the Trust in support of the Directorate of Environment, the Executive team, Trust Board, General Managers, Modern Matrons and Foundation Members in those facilities areas managed within the role.

To manage, analyse and develop the Facilities Property contract team in a way that compliments the Trust's Modernisation agenda, whilst remaining compliant with the law and Directorate objectives by introduction and implementation of a Directorate quality manual where this applies to facilities services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibility for the day-to-day management of contracts, SLA and Leases supporting Environment Directorate e.g. facilities management, in-house, outsourced and all other functions which affecting directly all patients, visitors and staff within and to the Trust. This includes but is not limited to; Domestic Cleaning Service, Catering Services, Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service, Linen Service, Household and Clinical Waste, Portering Services, Helpdesk Services, Security, and Accommodation.

Financial Budgetary Responsibility for c£10m Property portfolio

Responsible for the negotiation of property leases and licenses across the Trust whole property portfolio including commercial and operational terms.

Responsible for ensuring value for money is achieved within the property portfolio through the development of benchmarking, auditing and compliance tools and dashboards.

Act as the specialist manager liason for all community Estate issues. Attend all stakeholder engagement forums and represent the function.
