Senior Recruitment Officer - Established Charity - West London

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join an established charity based in West London.

Working closely with the HR Business Partner you will lead on all recruitment for the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish including attraction and selection.
  • Establishing new sources of candidates particularly for support workers.
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Managing the preferred supplier list and building excellent relationships with agencies.
  • Taking the lead on recruitment events including open days.

You should be a recruitment specialist with a track record of managing high volume recruitment campaigns ideally in the health or social care sector. Experience of managing relationships with agencies needs to be combined with excellent communication skills.
