Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Site Manager to work with a leading national contractor on their kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes within social housing on tenanted properties across Cannock.

You will be responsible for the supervision of a number of site personnel including subcontractors. You will ensure all site personnel carry out their designated tasks efficiently and effectively to enable contracts to be completed on time with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the health and safety of the team.
Responsibilities of a Site Manager within Refurbishment and Maintenance:
Ideally you will have strong experience in refurbishment and maintenance contracts and have an expertise in Kitchen and Bathroom replacements.
You must hold a current SMSTS and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in site management.
Ideally you will already come from a social housing background.
