Strategic Marketing Officer - Charity - London/Hybrid - £33,000
Morgan Hunt are thrilled to be working with prestigious childrens charity who are looking for a Marketing officer to support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns in support of the charities income generation efforts.
This is a Hybrid/Flexible working role with 1 day a week in their lovely central London office.
The responsibilities for your role as Marketing Officer will include;
- To support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for Income Generation including Christmas, Childhood Day and New Product Development & Innovation.
- To support the planning and delivery of how we maximise the potential of our behaviour change campaigns to raise money through product development and supporter-journey cross-sell.
- To support the Marketing Manager with the Marketing Operations Planning process.
- To provide high quality marketing communications materials across a range of disciplines, working with relevant staff in Income Generation.
- To oversee the creative brief process, working closely with the in-house studio and commissioners.
- To evaluate and report on all marketing activity to make recommendations and improve future marketing activity.
- To develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder and supplier relationships, identifying and incorporating best industry standards and establishing best practice.
Person specification for the role;
- Experience of working in marketing communications and contributing to a broad range of communications disciplines
- Experience of managing the creative brief process, building positive relationships with commissioners and developing effective working methods with creative staff
- Understanding and experience in delivering digital marketing activity
- Ability to organise and plan own work to deliver projects and to oversee the delivery of creative briefs to agreed deadlines, often with conflicting priorities
- Experience of the delivery of marketing campaigns
