We have a brilliant opportunity for candidates to join a team who provide direct support to rough sleepers on the streets of East London. The role of Outreach Worker involves engaging with people who have been referred by rough sleeping sites via StreetLink or visiting known hot spots for rough sleepers. You will be engaging with rough sleepers and linking them to the right services to ensure they have access to accommodation.
