Job description
I am currently looking for a Project Worker to join one of our charities services based in North London. The role is Monday - Friday but will be on a rota. The shift pattern is 8.00am - 3.30pm and 2.30pm - 10.30pm. The client group is Rough sleepers who have experienced Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol issues.
Responsibilities within the Support Worker role:
- Hold a case load of around 10 key clients
- Hold regular key working sessions to stabilize support
- Complete needs & risk assessments
- Signpost service users to relevant support services
- Supporting clients around work, education and employment
- Assisting service users around budgets
For this Support Worker role you will need a valid Children's Adults DBS within the last year or one that is on the update service.
