This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to work for one of UK's most recognised charities.
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for managing and delivering recruitment campaigns across the organisation.
Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a track record of managing recruitment campaigns from end to end including high volume campaigns. Experience of direct sourcing, using an applicant tracking system and of reducing recruitment costs is essential. Strong stakeholder management skills need to be combined with an ability to analyse and report on recruitment performance.
