Talent Acquisition Manager - Charity - London with hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a national women's charity

Reporting into the Director of Human Resources you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment cycle ensuring the charity attracts and retains quality candidates. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Developing and managing the workforce plan for current/future recruitment needs
  • Developing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies
  • Working closely with Marketing team to design and execute employer brand initiatives
  • Taking the lead on talent sourcing and building effective talent pools
  • Developing and implementing HR initiatives for improving employee retention and candidate engagement across the charity
  • Designing and developing job fair and college fairs alongside the Marketing team
  • Designing, planning and delivering recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
  • Training and coaching managers in effective recruitment and selection processes
  • Developing strong relationships with third parties
  • Managing and coaching a Talent Acquisition Officer


You should be an experienced Resourcing Specialist with a track record of managing the full recruitment cycle for a charity or not for profit organisation. Experience of sourcing candidates using social media and Linkedin needs to be combined with experience of improving employer branding. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential.
