Morgan Hunt is currently working with a Glasgow based Housing Association to recruit a Commercial Projects Officer within their Property & Asset Management team.
Job Role:
As the Project Officer you will offer support for the commercial activity of several projects / section of a projects. You will support the project team in all cost management and commercial aspects of the project including tendering, pricing, and procurement.

- Pre-Contract Management
- Procurement Applications for Payment and Invoicing
- Cost Control Accounting
- Reporting Risk and Opportunity
- Contract Administration
