Job description

Morgan Hunt are recruiting on behalf of a charity for an Administration Manager in Birmingham. The role is temporary with an immediate start available. The organisation are open to hybrid working between your home and their office in Birmingham.

As an Administration Manager in Birmingham you will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing a team of administrators
  • Monitoring and managing referrals that are received and delegating admin tasks around this
  • Managing the team admins to ensure the smooth running of the tasks the team admins are carrying out
  • Finance reporting
  • Manager to ensure smooth running of the team
  • 1:1 sessions with team members to offer support

As an Administration Manager in Birmingham you will possess the following skills

  • Admin management experience
  • Experience managing a small team of staff
  • Good communication and analytic skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, and manage time effectively
  • Experience producing management reports, using spread sheets, databases
