SENIOR SUPPORT MANAGER REQUIRED!
Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client who are based in the Tamworth area for a full time, permanent Senior Support Manager.
Our Client is a charitable organisation who have a very strong history of supporting people in the communities who are disadvantaged or have a disability to find and keep employment.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
The role of Senior Support Manager requires an engaging, empathetic and motivating individual, able to support people with complex barriers to move into sustainable employment and lead the team of Support Managers alongside Area Manager
To undertake duty manager responsibilities in the absence of the Area Manager
Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to identify vacancies and where required tailor these to participants strengths and needs
Ensure deadlines are met
Essential Skills and Qualifications Required:
The ability to manage own workload and understand processes and controls
This role comes with a fantastic starting salary of between £29,000 - £31,000 per annum depending upon experience.
