HR Administrator - Nottingham

We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Administrator to join an established Charity based in Nottingham.

  • 12-month FTC (Maternity Cover)
  • 30 hours per week
  • Onsite working (NG1)
  • £17,000 - £20,000

Role

The HR Administrator will provide day to day HR comprehensive administration support to the organisation, in line with Policy and Procedures.

You will be responsible for managing the administration of the full employee life cycle, providing support to the rest of the HR Team and wider Business Support Service as appropriate including, generalist HR Administration, recruitment & selection, payroll and maintaining the HR database.

Key skills and experience

  • Experience of conducting HR administration including processing sickness and leave records.
  • Ability to conduct recruitment and induction administration
  • Working knowledge and understanding of payroll processes would be advantageous
  • CIPD qualified (Level 3) or willing to study towards
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft packages e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
  • Experience using HR Information system and ability to support employees use
  • CIPD qualified (Level 3) or willing to study towards
