HR Business Partner, South - Leading Charity - Flexible location

This is exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join an inspirational charity.

Reporting in to the Head of People you will be responsible for supporting managers in all areas of people management and organisational change. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Ensuring staff structures are fit for purpose across the region and supporting with managers with effective recruitment processes
  • Supporting line managers with employee relations issues including performance management and absence management
  • Taking the lead on change programmes including Tupe transfers and restructures
  • Coaching and upskilling line managers in all areas of human resources
  • Working closely with broader HR team to ensure consistency across all areas of the organisation
  • Supporting the HR team with other ad-hoc HR projects


You should be an experienced HR Generalist with a track record of working in a busy multi-site environment. Experience of managing complex employee relations issues and change programmes need to be combined with an ability to coach and develop line managers.

Ideally you will be MCIPD qualified.
