Recruitment Manager - Leading UK Charity - Essex/London (hybrid working)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join an established UK Charity.

Reporting into the Deputy Head of People & Culture you will be responsible for delivering a high quality recruitment service and for attracting the very best talent. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Delivering an efficient end-to-end recruitment process
  • Contributing to the development of the 'employer brand' to support the attraction of high calibre talent
  • Developing and implementing recruitment best practice across the organisation
  • Working closely with hiring managers to ensure best practice is followed including attraction methods and diversity and inclusion
  • Managing the recruitment budget and coaching and developing the recruitment team


You should be an experienced recruitment specialist with a track record of managing and improving recruitment processes. Experience of using a broad range of talent attraction methods including social media needs to be combined with experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems. Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong customer service focus is essential.
