This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join an established UK Charity.
Reporting into the Deputy Head of People & Culture you will be responsible for delivering a high quality recruitment service and for attracting the very best talent. Your key accountabilities will include:-
You should be an experienced recruitment specialist with a track record of managing and improving recruitment processes. Experience of using a broad range of talent attraction methods including social media needs to be combined with experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems. Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong customer service focus is essential.
