Hospital Mental Health Outreach Worker

Morgan Hunt are proud to be working with Hertfordshire Mind Network as they recruit for 2 Hospital Mental Health Outreach Workers based in Watford.

Delivering one to one outreach service for people who are in psychiatric hospitals across Hertfordshire, you will help facilitate a smooth hospital discharge for people with complex mental health and/or drug and alcohol problems.

Providing up to 16 sessions of emotional and practical support after discharge, you will provide advice and information to patients, using a recovery orientated approach.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for the mental health sector. We will consider applicants with experience working with vulnerable individuals or with lived experience.

The role is a 1 year FTC and is Monday to Friday 9-5.

You must be a car driver with sole ownership of a vehicle.
