Morgan Hunt are working with the wonderful Hertfordshire Mind Network on their search for Mental Healthcare Support Workers.
With their NightLight Crisis Service rapidly expanding, Hertfordshire Mind Network are on the search for passionate individuals to help support adults experiencing a crisis.
Providing a safe space for people in crisis, you will work closely with service-users providing a person-centred approach and encourage positive steps towards management of crisis and recovery.
If you have a passion for the mental health sector and have worked within a public-facing role and have the ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations in a calm manner, you will be considered for shortlisting.
The roles available require a driver with a vehicle. The roles are based around Watford, Stevenage and Ware. The roles are mixed shifts on a rolling rota.
