About the helpline:
Providing advice, information and signposting to people experiencing mental health difficulties, the helpline is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Receiving over 20,000 calls a year, this busy service provides a range of mental health and psycho social support and interventions reducing demand on other emergency services.
About the role:
As the manager you will manage a team including a Deputy Manager, Co-ordinator and two Team Leaders. You will provide a high level of line management leadership, encouraging improvement and engagement through team meetings, service reviews, supervisions and appraisals.
We are looking for someone with managerial experience in a mental health setting, ideally with helpline experience.
The role is Monday to Friday 9-5 but we do require flexibility due to the nature of the service.
