Job Description: As a Full-Time Engineering Lecturer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to the students. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions, covering various engineering disciplines, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, civil, and chemical engineering. You will contribute to curriculum development, design assessments, and provide timely feedback to students to support their academic progress.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in engineering subjects.
• Develop and update course materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and assessments.
• Foster an inclusive and interactive learning environment that promotes student engagement and active participation.
• Provide guidance and support to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Assess student work, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate their academic progress..
• Engage in research and scholarly activities to enhance personal and professional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to develop industry-relevant projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of a degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• Previous experience in teaching or lecturing at the higher education level is preferred.
• Industry experience or professional certifications in an engineering discipline are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more engineering areas, such as mechanical, electrical, civil, or chemical engineering.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
