Job description

We have a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity for a HR Administrator based in Birmingham, start date December 2021.

Role

To provide effective and efficient administration across the complete employment lifecycle. HR experience is advantageous but not essential.

Key responsibilities - HR Administrator

  • Provide effective and efficient administration for all aspects of HR activity
  • Maintain up-to date and accurate electronic (and hard copy where required) records.
  • Maintain electronic process tracking systems ensuring on-going information accuracy.
  • Administer HR processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of the HR function through the identification of improvement opportunities and participation in their implementation.
  • Commit to, promote and operate in accordance with the company values and goals including but not limited to safeguarding; health and safety; equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Commit to and participate in college-wide activities as required including but not limited to enrolment, open events and development.

Profile - HR Administrator

  • Highly IT literate across the suite of Microsoft Office applications and experienced in utilising information systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, self- motivated and able to operate on own initiative.
  • Customer orientated with good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a diverse range of people.
  • Detail conscious.
