Sociology Teacher -Birmingham
Are you a Sociology Teacher looking for a new role to start immediately?
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Sociology Teacher. This is a long-term role until June 2023 to be extended, based in a college in Sutton Coldfield
You will need:
- Have experience as a Sociology Lecturer teaching A Level Sociology
- Have experience working in a Further Education and training setting
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to help young people learn and develop
- Share the college's ambition to help all students reach their full potential
- Be a passionate and dedicated person who is eager to contribute to the development of the provision, as well as evolving their professional practice
About the role:
- Temporary Full-Time (25 hours per week) contract to deliver A Level Sociology.
- Ideal Candidate: Previous A Level teaching experience essential and knowledge of OCR A Level Sociology specification preferred.
Other essential requirements include:
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK.
