Key responsibilities
In this job Trainer Assessor - Welding & Fabrication job, your responsibilities will include:
To develop the skills of students within the area of the workshop.To administer and oversee skills training in a classroom and workshop environment within the academy.
To apply assessment procedures and methods.
To prepare & set-up physical materials and equipment for workshop activities.
To maintain the workshop to current H&S standards.
To assist in developing this area of work
To ensure all students are aware of the Health & Safety Guidelines in the workshop
To ensure student tracking is kept up to date.
Monitor and report on student progress.
Skills & experience
MIG/MAG Welding * - essential
TIG Welding * - essential
MMA Welding
Oxy-Acetylene Welding/Cutting
Sheet metal & Fabrication
