Are you an Income & Awards Business Manager looking for work in the West of England or remotely from home?

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in the West of England is looking to recruit an Income & Awards Business Manager to cover the current post holder, due to them being seconded to a corporate project until the end of March 2022.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35 and will offer full time home working.

Purpose of the role:

  • To provide business management expertise for the Council's Income & Awards division, who are responsible for the billing and collection of Council Tax, Business Rates, Sundry Income and the assessment of Housing Benefit, Local Council Tax Reduction and financial assessments for adult social care and children's services.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing Income and/or Awards related functions at a senior level
  • An excellent working knowledge of Revenues and/or Benefits legislation
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Recent iWorld/Northgate experience
