Job description
Morgan Hunt's client based in the West Midlands are looking for a Council Tax Officer to join their team working from home
To be immediately effective in this position the ideal candidate will have previous experience with:
- Administering the Billing, Collection and Recovery of Council Tax
- Opening, closing and amending accounts
- Processing payments and setting up payment plans
- Applying discounts, reliefs and exemptions
- Liaising with external companies such as Bailiffs
- Dealing with enquiries by telephone, face to face and written correspondence on all queries related to Council Tax.
- Proficient use of the Iworld/Northgate ICT system is essential
